A Neapolitan...
I would like to recommend the pizza with lemon zest and fior di latte from Agerola, very fresh and tasty.
I had the pleasure of tasting Umberto's pizza at his pizzeria il Mulino di Rutigliano (BA), and I must say that it was an extraordinary experience! The pizza was simply wonderful, with an authentic Neapolitan dough reminiscent of Neapolitan STG pizza.
The flavor combinations were a riot of balanced flavors that made my evening truly special. The "Margherita di Umberto," as it is called, was exceptional. With tomato, mozzarella, San Marzano tomato fillets, yellow datterino cream and balico cream, fresh basil, this pizza was a real delight for the palate.
I have never eaten such a delicious pizza in the area, and I can only recommend everyone to try this extraordinary culinary experience at the Mulino di Rutigliano. Not only my pizza but also my other diners enjoyed their pizzas very much. Thank you, Umberto, for giving us this experience with such an extraordinary pizza!
After so many years, I had almost forgotten the existence of this more than valid pizzeria!
I had the pleasure of going back yesterday: I admit that my expectations were high because I had remembered a delicious pizza for years and years and I was not disappointed at all! In fact, it was better than I remembered. The pizza in the photo is Limone 2.0, simply delicious! It's a safe stop!
Too much waiting for three pizzas, I understand on a Saturday night but other pizzerias don't make you wait more than an hour to eat.
Pizza with slightly burnt edge on two points, never again at high leavening.

Excellent location. Excellent service and above all excellent choice of pizzas with special doughs. I highly recommend dough with senator hats.
